Mostly I quilt. I also sew most of my clothes. I used to crochet quite a lot, but now I just crochet a bit. I love creating, especially with bright fabrics.
I have an addiction to English Paper Piecing and needle turn applique like you've never seen. I just can't stop.
There is a big vegetable garden in our yard and I love to spend time there, getting soil under my finger nails and delighting in the benefits of compost. I love to cook and bake and preserve.
I'm married to a handsome fella, usually is referred to as The Mister on this blog. We've been together for 22 years. I think he's pretty amazing. He thinks I'm amazing too. Can't say I blame him.
Making something every day, even if it's just dinner, is as important to my life as breathing is.
