I used to be so scared of putting in zippers. Over a hundred sunnyboys and boxes for sockses later, and I don't think I'm scared anymore, Toto.
So I've still got 97 to go before I'm confident with zips then....sheesh better get moving!
I thought about you at knitting camp last weekend - there was a row of knitters with their feet on a stone wall and beside them was a row of buttontree lane sock boxes and sunnyboy bags. And those without them? They were very jealous!
Oh - I am so going to get a cube - but next month......... I love the cubes - and the sunnyboys - you are so clever!
You mean it's faintly possible to move beyond the wraparound skirt and over to the A line - with zip? and I'll only need to make a hundred skirts and then I'll not hyperventilate anymore? Hurrah!!
ymmmmmmm - and zips get me stuck every time
I'm loving all the brown! I really do need to have two sock projects on the go at once... ;)Good on you for getting over your fear of zippers. I'm still living with mine, though only through lack of practice.
